That’s a bit rough. John Mathieson of Nelson has installed a device to measure sunshine hours, as a community benefit. Not one, but three, as they keep getting stolen. He’s genuinely perplexed as to why people would go to such trouble to take a specialised instrument that’s there for community benefit. As are we.
