Some clan members are connecting through the Facebook group www.facebook.com/groups/ClanMathesonNewZealand. The group is for people with Matheson/Mathieson connections in New Zealand to contact kinsfolk and share their common Highland heritage.
This group is not officially part of the New Zealand branch of the Clan Matheson Society, but supports it and encourages Mathesons and Mathiesons in New Zealand to join our local branch of the international Clan Matheson Society. Joining it is a good way of keeping up to date with changes to our our branch website www.clanmatheson.org.nz.
